Tuesday, I did a nice 6 mile. It was a windy day, with some big gusts. I did a relaxed pace, and picked it up the final 2 miles. I did the 6 miles in 50:17 (8:22 avg.)

Wednesday, I did an 8 mile out and back to Mercer County Park. It was warmer, and not as windy, no big gusts.
I ran the 1st 4 miles at race pace, and took it easier on the final 4 miles. One thing that I did feel, is a pain in my right calf. Felt like a knot back there. Hopefully it goes away in the next few days. I don't want to be nicked up for the 10 mile race on Sunday.
I did the 8 miler in 1:05:55 (8:14avg.)

Nice pace. Hope the calf muscle is nothing big.
